Who We Are

T.C.R. — Trusted Connections of Roseville — is more than a networking group. We are a community of committed professionals who believe the strongest business growth comes from genuine relationships. Our mission is to connect trusted business owners and professionals who are focused on growth, collaboration, and community impact. Through regular workshops, meetups and events, we build real relationships across industries, promoting referrals, support, and shared success.

Founded in Roseville, California, T.C.R. brings together business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals from every field from all around the region. We twice a month to share referrals, develop our businesses, celebrate wins, and support one another through the challenges of running and growing a business.

What makes T.C.R. unique is our commitment to exclusivity and trust. Only one member per industry category is allowed, ensuring that every referral you receive comes from a group that stands fully behind your business.

Where It All Began

T.C.R. was founded in 2023 by a small group of Roseville business owners who were frustrated with bloated, transactional networking events—rooms full of business card exchanges but empty of real, long‑term, interactive relationships.

They envisioned something different: a structured, exclusive group where professionals genuinely invest in each other’s success. A place where a referral isn’t just a warm lead, but a personal endorsement backed by trust, accountability, and real connection.

Starting with only a few founding members (and seeking more) across select industries, T.C.R. quickly grew into one of the most sought‑after networking groups in the Roseville area. Today, our members have generated over 2.1M dollars in business through the relationships built here.

Our bi‑weekly workshops remain the cornerstone of the T.C.R. experience, structured, focused, and rooted in the belief that consistent relationships and consistent connections produce consistent results.
